Leasing Consultant
Job Description:
You will be responsible for carrying out the daily sales or leasing functions within your assigned territories.
This involves engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and other methods to address their rental needs until the right property is found. You will assess the needs, living standards, and financial suitability of prospective clients. You will meet with individuals interested in selling, buying, or leasing their properties, and provide them with professional guidance. Additionally, you will conduct property tours for potential clients, assisting them in understanding the available units. You will prepare and present business proposals to persuade clients and secure consulting agreements. You will monitor the property market to stay updated on new and existing properties for sale. Keeping up-to-date with the property market status is essential. Marketing property vacancies to attract prospective tenants will be part of your responsibilities. You will evaluate client objectives to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations. Providing advice on suitable property investments is a key aspect of the role. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with owners, developers, and clients is vital. You will be responsible for negotiating terms and conditions and successfully closing deals.
Requirements:
Real estate experience is preferred. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage. A valid driving license and personal vehicle are required. The ability to concentrate and work according to the client’s needs is essential.

Additionally, you will prepare and present business proposals to persuade clients and secure consulting agreements. You will keep an eye on the property market, tracking new and existing properties available for sale, and stay informed about the market status. Marketing vacant properties to attract potential tenants will also be part of your role. You will evaluate client goals and tailor recommendations to suit their needs. Offering advice on appropriate property investments is an important aspect of the job. You will foster strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients, while also negotiating terms and closing deals.
Requirements:
Real estate experience is preferred. Female Arabic speakers are preferred. A driving license and a personal vehicle are mandatory. The ability to focus on and meet client requirements is essential.
